Work not complete Water leaking into trunk. Was told that weatherstripping needed to be replaced for >$300. I okayed the repair. When the car was returned I checked the Water leaking into trunk. Was told that weatherstripping needed to be replaced for >$300. I okayed the repair. When the car was returned I checked the paperwork. The repair order stated that work was done and no water leaking occurred when it was checked. 2 days later I found the trunk again filled with water after a rain storm. I notified the service department again that there was water in the trunk. I told them it appeared to be coming from the rear tail light area and traveled to the spare tire compartment in the trunk. Also you could see the water stains on the carpet from previous leaking from the tail light. It appeared that the weather stripping was not causing the leaking problem. I asked if there would be a charge for more work since I had already paid $340 for a repair that did not fix the problem. They stated they would do the diagnostics free of charge. Service stated that both rear tail light gaskets had been the cause of the leaking. Did not charge for the gasket replacements. Thank you. More
Lack of experience and poor follow up from General Manager I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle through this dealer. Shop around, see what else you can find first. Pow, the General Manager did not follow up on multiple requests for information needed from me and my insurance company. Each request for information from Taylor was met with efficiency. Mixed customer service tends to make me shy away from using this dealer in the future. More

If your going to have your oil service men visit with each other all the while they should be working don't put the waiting room where your can watch them. Went in for a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee rear shock leak replacement at 10 am and the recall software for not going into park. Picked up car at 5pm and no software download was performed as promised when vehicle was dropped off. Service writer had no answer as to why it wasn't performed. More
