They kept the van for the day and called me within two hours with a solution. The next day before noon my vehicle had new brake pads and rotors on all four corners. Excellent experience. I loved the car when I saw it and drove it, but my summer recreation is leading groups on kayaking trips and I need enough space to load 1/2 dozen kayak paddles and life jackets. To reassure me, we took the car to a sports shop and borrowed a paddle from them to make sure it would fit!
