We were looking for a used vehicle for my son. We called to make sure the vehicle advertised was still there. Joe was our salesman. We gave the necessary criteria we wanted for the vehicle. We notified Joe that those were dealbreakers for the purchase, but he did not get back to us whether those items were covered with the purchase of the vehicle or whether we would be responsible for the cost to repair. Joe did not return my call or text. Although there is a 7 day return policy, the 7 days came and went so we had to pay for the repair ourselves. Customer service did not meet our expectations. More
