I have nothing but good things to say about Taylor. He was accessible and answered almost all of my questions. I would definitely recommend Taylor. I cannot say the same about Jason Hager, one of the managers. My experience and correspondence with him was not positive. The dealership has a 100% customer satisfaction statement on their website. I discovered an issue with my vehicle within 90 minutes of purchasing it. I alerted Taylor, who referred it to Jason. Jason sent me an email stating that he had already done enough for me, and that I should have noticed the issue prior to purchasing the vehicle. Since I didn't notice it, too bad for me, it was my fault. Definitely not 100% customer satisfaction there. Jason proceeded to insinuate that he had already done enough to "discount" the vehicle for me(typical dealer tactic to make you feel like they are losing money), and had the attitude that I should just be thankful that he allowed me to purchase a vehicle from him. Very condescending attitude. Again, I would recommend Taylor and I would have given 5 stars, but due to Jason(1 star), I just can't do it. If you find yourself dealing with Jason, maybe reconsider and go somewhere else. More
