The timely manner (over 2 months) in regards to resolving this issue is just another example of the lack of quality customer service. I have tried contacting multiple employees at your establishment and its amazing the lack of accountability for peoples actions within your establishment. Its amazing how there are so many middle people to try to resolve issues and all of them leave and no longer work for the company. When the people try to stand up for the customer they either get fired or can't deal with the pressure and move on to better endeavors. I reaffirm my original statememtn I completely dissatisfied and will never return to your establishment and I would also suggest extreme caution to anyone who does plan to visit because they will say and do whatever it takes to make the purchase and then your on your own with whatever you buy. Don't count on them to fix anything correctly or treat you very nicely in the process.
