We went to look at a new Traverse and let me tell you..... the sales department used to actually have people that worked to give a good deal and were friendly with their customers. Noel was fine to deal with but, Bob O'Connor was a completely different story. Very condescending, arrogant, and pushy. He will change an offer for HIS benefit at the drop of a hat! And heaven forbid you decide that you no longer want the deal! He actually yelled at me over the phone because expressed my concerns. He completely ruined the deal. We will NEVER deal with Joe Van Horn again. Solely because of this experience! What kind of company allows their employees to be so incredibly rude to their costumers? Zero integrity on their part. ZERO! On the upside - we did get our money refunded and Bob did admit that their lot is FULL OF LEMONS. So, some honesty I guess. Good thing we weren't looking for a used vehicle. BUYER BEWARE! More
