When we decided on the vehicle, we wanted to come back at a later date so we could get our title and have a chance to clean our old vehicle out of our personal belongings. Instead we were rushed, in the cold, dark rain to empty our vehicle only to forget some item which they claim they could not find when we called the next day. Also, because they would not allow us to come back another day, our vehicle did not get detailed. More
