Brook Walsh was very excellent sales person and knew what he was talking about and also got the finance department to get down to the payment that I was looking for. DISAPPOINTED WITH HOW WE WERE TREATED... We have had credit issues and ended up here but needed a specific type of vehivcle due to a child with a disability. They were able to get vehicles fr We have had credit issues and ended up here but needed a specific type of vehivcle due to a child with a disability. They were able to get vehicles from the neighboring store....we so they said. Every vehicle they showed up online then wouldn't work due to something know as "LWV" (or something like that which is a dealership issue and not my problem). My thought was make sure a vehicle can be sold before you offer it to me. Finally they said they found one that would work and brought it over but it wasn't anything that would work with out child with special needs. They suggested to test drive it so we did as we had been there for hours at that point. The salesman kept leaving us to go deal with other customers while we would sit there waiting so a test drive was a breath of fresh air. We came back and told him we liked it but it wouldn't work. He then walked away to talk with another customer while we sat at his desk. I was beyond frustrated. Another person who worked there overheard me tell my husband that we should just leave as they are not wanting to help us. This other guy who worked there who overheard me say this came up to me after talking to someone in back (I could see him through the window) and with attitude asked me if we were going to buy the vehicle we test drove or not. i told him no and he got ever more confrontational. I finally said just forget it and that we were going to leave. The finance manager came up to us as we were getting ready to go and apologized and said that they would look through their inventory when they were less busy and call us Monday. Monday they called and offered us a vehicle that would fit our need for $18,500 with a $1,300 down payment. I told them I would see what I could do. I looked into the vehicle and it was at the dealership next door. I asked if I could just go over there and buy it with the loan approval we already had and I was told that was not possible as the other dealership can't get me the same loan. OK?!?! Well I called back on Wednesday to see if i could put money down on it and hold it til Friday. I was told I would be called back the next day. I didn't hear back so I called and left a voice mail with Danielle. She calle dme back and her attitude on the phone was that I was bothering her and I was told to come in. It was a very akward conversation......I called the other dealership where the vehicle was at and they said they would use the same loan approval an help me. They were great at the Van Horn Dodge. We bought the vehicle there with THE SAME LOAN APPROVAL we were told we couldn't use over there and LESS MONEY DOWN!! Never will I return to this dealer BUT I WILL RETURN TO THE VAN HORN DODGE - MARK AND EVERT WERE GREAT OVER THERE!!! More

This was the 4th car that we have bought here, we foolishly went to another dealership that was closer to us than the 1 1/2 drive and we very upset ov This was the 4th car that we have bought here, we foolishly went to another dealership that was closer to us than the 1 1/2 drive and we very upset over the whole situation at that dealership! We were upside down on our 2012 Malibu because of the mileage and the other dealership tried to get us to into a used car and we just could not get financed. Joe Van Horn did what was needed to do and put us in a New 2015 Malibu and with the rebates and what they sold the new car to us, we were able to not be upside down and get financed on the new car. Very Very easy to deal with this is why we have bought 4 cars from them now and the only place that I will by any of my cars from! More

Unexpectedly New!! We went into meet Brock thinking that there was no way we could ever have a newer used car at this time as our credit was not the best. Boy were we wr We went into meet Brock thinking that there was no way we could ever have a newer used car at this time as our credit was not the best. Boy were we wrong Brock and Danielle got us into a NEW 2015 Chevy Equinox! We love it already and just picked it up today. Not only did they make it happen for us they let us make the decision and did not push us into buying it. At first we were a little hesitant as we just wanted to make sure that we could afford it and not strap us down financially. We went home talked about it and slept on it and then we called them. Like I said they were not pushy at all!! Thank you so much Brock and Danielle and the rest of the team at Van Horn! We will go back again and will send our friends and family there! More
