Used car I came in just to browse. The employees were very kind and answered all my questions. They set me up with a quote and made sure if I had any questions I came in just to browse. I was stuck (in the back) Almost $1000 to replace an alternator. I was behind the 8 ball and needed service fast. Nearly $400 labor. I had purchased the vehicle from them and had all normal service done by them. None of this was taken into consideration. They must have realized I was in a bind and took full advantage of the situation. They even offered to replace my battery for ONLY $300 more. If you venture into their dealership, watch your back! I doubt very much that I will go back to them for any further regular maintanence, or to purchase any more vehicles. Update...I was called today 1/18/16 and spoke with, I believe the Service Manager. He saw the review I put up and called to say that I was over charged for the service and refunded my credit card $200. I appreciate the consideration. Update 2....the refund was less than I was told. It ended up being about $185, not the $200 that was discussed. It still ended up being approximately $800 to replace an alternator and belt. I guess $185 is better than nothing. I am not too sure they will be seeing me again. I don't appreciate being told one thing, and then being delivered something else. More
