The "deal" went straight to the finance department and their guaranteed financing fell through. Sure, we could have gotten financing IF we put $5000 or more on the vehicle. Salesman more like a friend My wife went in for an oil change abd we ended up with 2 new vehicles. Jafar Nikkhah bent over backwards to get us the exact vehicles we were looking My wife went in for an oil change abd we ended up with 2 new vehicles. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO BE SERVICED HERE! Our Hyundai Santa Fe broke down outside of Waldo, so we had it towed to Van Horn because I had taken my previous car there before and never had any is Our Hyundai Santa Fe broke down outside of Waldo, so we had it towed to Van Horn because I had taken my previous car there before and never had any issues. It was towed on Sunday. Confirmed it was there on Monday. Still didn't hear anything on Tuesday, so I called and they said they would try to get to it that day or the next. Ended up calling me on Wednesday saying that a technician went to put some more fuel in it so they could make it reenact it (It was under 1/8 tank) and ended up spacing out and filled the whole tank. So we could drive it down and risk it going out again and paying for another tow (we don't live in Plymouth so it'd be a hefty price tag, not to mention they didn't actually fix anything at this point) or we could let them drive it around to get the gas out but this would put miles on the car. Siphon was not an option. Either way it was going to take at least a week before they could take a look at it now. So because their guy messed up, we were out of car for a week. We ended up taking it somewhere else on Thursday where they not only got it in right away, figured out the problem by the next day, but gave us a rental for free (Van Horn refused). DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE THE SERVICE WAS AWFUL. More

not knowledgeable with gm products this dealership has several stores with many brands offered, but they really should sell the gm products through their gm dealership and not across th this dealership has several stores with many brands offered, but they really should sell the gm products through their gm dealership and not across the road at the mopar dealership. the salesman did his best to describe the features on the truck, but in the end he didn't even activate the free onstar trial...??? also, truck is NOT equipped as described on the website, ie. there are many different options of the 8" touchscreen radio and the backup camera functions! still very happy with the truck and for the most part, even the salesperson, but if you are not 100% gm options savy, be carefull! More

Amazing Customer Service I bought a vehicle and was very angry about the monthly payment they lied about! I spoke to a person that kept saying that Finance guy wasnt avail. I then called again today (after a few days of calling and no help) I spoke to the person on the phone at Chevorlet and really didnt care what she said but made sure I remember her name, Ma? Or My? So that I can complain, if she would also lie that he wasnt there. She then told me that he was away from the desk and I distraughtly told her that I needed him as soon as possible. She heard me out, blah blah blah. I knew she understood because she rerepeated what I said. Even though it was almost closing time, she promised me that he will call back and apologized to me that it must've been a missunderstanding. And he did call me back! Even though I was mad, my issue was resolved and wanted to thank her for helping (finally after how many days of no help!). More
