I'm not quite sure where to start. I was recently looking at a new vehicle, spent some time emailing a few different dealerships, and found a few cars I was interested in. Of the five o I was recently looking at a new vehicle, spent some time emailing a few different dealerships, and found a few cars I was interested in. Of the five or so dealerships, only two of them responded to my emails in a relatively timely manner, and Van Horn was almost instantaneous. From the first email, to the time I drove off the lot, they were beyond accommodating. Kellyn was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, told us what we needed to know without being repetative or mundane. The (used) vehicle was in absolute pristine condition, I legitimately thought it was brand new. We were always greeted with a smile and every question I had was answered with confidence. They weren't pushy or try to rush things, but at the same time, they didn't waste my time, which is the most important aspect of the whole experience. I will be recommending Van Horn to anybody I know looking for a vehicle, used or new. It might have been a bit of a drive, but I won't hesitate to drive back the next time I am looking for a vehicle. I was also not pleased that they attempted financing through 2 other places than the place I already had my pre-approval from. Not a huge ding on the credit score but that isn't the point. Hard inquiry is a hard inquiry. I've still been waiting a week for them to schedule the recall service that is due (minor issue). I would buy again. More

Pleasant staff; although unorganized Upon inquiring about a vehicle online, we were contacted immediately the next morning and spoke to a very pleasant receptionist. We scheduled an appointment to meet with a sales person. Prior to our visit, the sales person called to confirm our appointment and told us that he would have the truck inside and would make sure it was ready for us to look at and test drive. When we arrived the following AM (30 minutes after the dealership opened), the salesperson we were scheduled to meet with was busy. We waited for 30 minutes before meeting with someone else, who was not familiar with what we were looking for or the truck we were there to see. The truck was still parked outside, covered with ice and snow. The salesperson also has to leave to put gas in the truck. Needless to say making an appointment did not expedite this process. Thankfully the staff was pleasant and friendly, or we would have left. More
