Eventually rewarding Kellyn was prompt and prepared for our visit with the vehicle of interest. We drove over an hour to test drive/purchase one particular and scheduled myself out of work to find that the vehicle was a buy back and then while reported 0 accidents (car fax report) indeed did have it's frame replaced. While I appreciate Kellyn's openness regarding the known issues, Sarah had several opportunities to inform me of the history of this particular vehicle. We did end up purchasing a vehicle as Kellyn made the recommendation, I would consider it bate and switch, although we spent substantially more than expected. The LTZ is very nice though. More
