I was looking at these vehicles for months and talked w I recently purchased a 2015 Cadillac Escalade ESV Premium from Van Horn Chevy in Plymouth, WI. I was looking at these vehicles for months and talked with several dealerships throughout Wisconsin and neighboring states. Van Horn's were very competitively priced and they had a nice inventory to select from. I was impressed with how they handled our initial contact so I decided to schedule an appointment at their dealership. My visit went just as well and I drove away that same day with a great deal on a "like new" truck. Christian and the rest of the Van Horn team were great to work with. I will certainly keep them in mind when shopping for vehicles in the future - highly recommended. More

Everyone was very helpful until after papers were signed. After that talk about rude and they even had the nerve to scream at me over phone. Yes I'm still pissed off after 3 years later. Every time I want to trade in my car I get kicked in the gut and have to remember this experience again. More

She answered every question we had about the car - through our countless phone calls - and was completely honest with us about the vehicle's history and condition. Kellyn held the car for over 2 weeks for us until we could drive up from Kentucky to actually see the car, even coming in on her day off to meet us and finalize the deal. She has already followed up with us, and answered more questions.
