Jafar understood and began checking on other possibilities without pressuring us the least bit. Nothing immediately available, so he worked with his team and found a potential truck we may like at another of their locations. All in all, they drive the truck all the way to our house for a viewing, again no pressure, and we loved it. Worked a very good deal and closed on the truck within a week. Van Horn's were very competitively priced and they had a nice inventory to select from. I was impressed with how they handled our initial contact so I decided to schedule an appointment at their dealership. My visit went just as well and I drove away that same day with a great deal on a "like new" truck. Christian and the rest of the Van Horn team were great to work with. Everyone was very helpful until after papers were signed. After that talk about rude and they even had the nerve to scream at me over phone. Yes I'm still pissed off after 3 years later. Every time I want to trade in my car I get kicked in the gut and have to remember this experience again. More
