Disappointed I want to first start by saying that Jafar Nikkah was excellent to work with. I truly wanted to do business with him, but it was upper management , Justin Simmons, who didn't seem to understand our needs and wasn't willing to work with us and actually ended up making the whole process very stressful. Because of Justin, I ultimately went to a competitor to lease my new car. But again, I want to stress that Jafar was awesome to work with and I felt bad that I couldn't lease my car from him. He didn't make me feel pressured and listened to me while I just didn't get that from Justin, nor did my husband, and why we had to walk away and go elsewhere. More

Bryan was a true professional and answered any and all questions that I had. I received a very fair quote on my trade-in and purchased the car. Jafar understood and began checking on other possibilities without pressuring us the least bit. Nothing immediately available, so he worked with his team and found a potential truck we may like at another of their locations. All in all, they drive the truck all the way to our house for a viewing, again no pressure, and we loved it. Worked a very good deal and closed on the truck within a week. Van Horn team was great to work with and went out of their way more than any dealership I've worked with before.
