Given the utilitarian nature of the car and how many compliments I get on it all the time, it was necessary to find another just like my previous one. Van Horn had another 2011 with a 3.6 and a premium package. I found it on Car Gurus and sent an interest email. Shortly after I already received a call that I missed but later in the evening received another from Jorren. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, gave an exact and accurate description of the shape of the car that you can’t see from pictures as I live almost four hours away. Yesterday morning after my other car was released from the collision place, I filled out an app, was approved, and shortly after received another call saying everything was set and that I could pick up the car. I drove out there and the dealership staff and Jorren were unbelievably friendly and made the transition into my new car effortless. He even appeased my list for the V models and fired them up just so I could drool. They even took care of my Enterprise rental for me. Jorren was phenomenal as was the entire staff. Willing to work with you I originally went to the dealership to look at and test drive a pickup. Austin was very patient with me as i thoroughly looked over the truck both ins I originally went to the dealership to look at and test drive a pickup. Austin was very patient with me as i thoroughly looked over the truck both inside and out. They were more than willing to work with me on keeping my monthly payment pretty close to where i wanted it to be once i decided to purchase the vehicle. Since i drove an hour and 20 minutes from my house to the dealership, they offered to deliver the truck to my house after it had been completely detailed again and the luxcare package was applied. Overall i am pleased with the service, with the exception of a couple of things. The tires need to be replaced soon. One tire had gouges and cuts in the tread. They would not budge on putting a new, or even used set of tires on, even though the tire condition was noted on the final inspection. Also, there was some overspray from the undercoating that was on the paint of the fender that i had pointed out. That was missed during detailing apparently. More

Bryan was very thorough in showing me all of the options regarding the truck I had decided to purchase, however, he was absolutely no pressure regarding these options. This was my favorite part of his approach. Christian was also extremely personable he made the paper work process for my loan easy and painless while touching on all of my available options. The overall customer service experience was amazing! As an excellent added bonus, free oil changes for the duration that I own my vehicle! More
