Follow up after the sale was horrible Buyer beware! They neglected to give me all of my paperwork when I picked the truck up and I told them I would come back and pick the paperwork up, in Buyer beware! They neglected to give me all of my paperwork when I picked the truck up and I told them I would come back and pick the paperwork up, instead they SAID they mailed the paperwork to me but I never received the paperwork. This paperwork included personal information and I tried time and again to get them to understand that and tried to get them to show some sort of interest in actually looking to find the paperwork but instead I just kept getting "can't find it"! Then they were supposed to have the truck titled in both my wife and my name but instead it was just titled in mine so I contacted my salesperson again and was told that she would get a check cut for the amount to change the title but that was the last I ever heard from her. She no longer responds to my emails and I also tried contacting the corporate message board and once again heard nothing back. Be careful, they are really nice up until you take delivery then they obviously don't care anything about you! More

Oil change and tire rotation I had a nail in one of my tires for a couple of months before I went In for service. They could not find the nail during tire rotation and had me come I had a nail in one of my tires for a couple of months before I went In for service. They could not find the nail during tire rotation and had me come out Into garage to look with them. The nail had obviously worked its way out before i brought vehicle in for service.
