2 weeks ago I bought a Camaro. Loved it. Went back to Van Horns to get some work done & I saw a another car I liked even more. Went in & was going to deal with them until they told me I lost $8000.00 off my Horns to get some work done & I saw a another car I liked even more. Went in & was going to deal with them until they told me I lost $8000.00 off my car for trade in after only 2 weeks. I was very DISSAPPOINTED!. To lose $8000.00 for 0nly 2 weeks is INSANE. This will be the LAST time I deal with Van Horn again. Needless to say the deal was a no go on my end. Still love the car I have now, just wanted to up grade but they made that impossible. Im through! Just wanted to say this is NO reflection on Kellyn, she was awesome! More

I like the staff and service personnel so much I drive 100 miles round trip to visit the fine people of VanHorn Chevrolet. The service advisor Hannah greeted me promptly and was ready to check me in as so 100 miles round trip to visit the fine people of VanHorn Chevrolet. The service advisor Hannah greeted me promptly and was ready to check me in as soon as I pulled up to the door. After a brief walk around she asked if I was part of the oil change for life program and informed me of the discount since I am. The oil change price was deducted from the 24000mile preventative maintenance package price I was quoted online. She then showed me to the waiting room where I waited for an hour, not the 90 minutes she thought it would take. I am one happy customer More
