They lie, cheat and steal. They tell you that they'll fix something that was wrong and then try to get out of it, they won't return your calls. I have nothing good to say about them, if I could give a negative 5 stars I would. Great buying experience. No pressure from salesman or finance department. Salesman and finance rep were personally knowledgeable and very personable. First time buying a car out of state. Arrived without financing settle and team did a great job of securing me a low interest loan for remainder of purchase price after trade in. Appreciate salesman filling gas tank full upon purchase. Not all dealers do that now. paperwork signing was well explained, paperwork contained no errors and final closing only took 1/2 hour or so. Appreciate the quick turnaround from arrival at dealership, through purchase, and departure. It allowed me to miss most of Chicago traffic on way home. Lastly, staff suggested I stop and buy some cheese on the way home. I did and it is great. More
