Alyssa was my first contact with the dealership, after we exchange some information she had Kellyn reach out to me who was able to answer all of my questions on the vehicle and even start some of the paperwork for us as a preliminary step as I lived a hundred miles from the dealership. I liked what I saw and made the decision to make an appointment to go up and take the vehicle for a test drive Saturday morning. At that point Kellyn had Marianne reach out to me who would be handling the test drive and start the preliminary paperwork. Ashley, Kellyn and Mariane we're easy and fun to work with and very professional at their jobs. For other people reading this yes I understand you're going to say that's what they're paid to do, but there is being professional and doing your job and genuinely just being nice an open and honest that was how I felt about this dealership and the people that I dealt with. Took vehicle for test drive Saturday morning, loved the truck, I got to the dealership at 11:20 Saturday morning and we were out the door before 2pm with all paperwork done.
