The mechanics noted everything that I already suspected needed to be replaced and noted nothing that had already been replaced by me. I was charged the full price at the time of the service and after speaking to Blake Fanning GM and Steve the service manager they offer to let me fix my issues within a 30 day period which I feel is sufficient enough time to do the needed repairs and I will not charge me again for the alignment. Thank you Steve and Blake. I also want to mention I was sitting in the dealership waiting room and a shuttle driver for the dealership asked me if I needed a ride anywhere. I didn't need the service, but it sure is nice to know that I'm not stranded waiting on my vehicle to get repaired. Highly recommend Van Chevrolet on Vivion Rd. and if you have a issue they will go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy. More
