Oil change I had a noon appointment for oil change and service, .I arrived at 11:45 waited for 15 minutes to be acknowledged. When I was acknowledged I advised the tech I had a noon appointment. He asked if I would be waiting and I replied yes. I was then told it would be 2 1/2 hours before it would be finished as they were running behind. Totally unacceptable, they had plenty of time to contact me and advised me of the delay. This is not my first problem, it started the day I purchased my SUV. I wish I could rate them with zero stars. More

When other dealers found out I had a repo and bad credit they didn't even try to work with me and I was in desperate need of a vehicle! But at can they didn't stop trying to get me a car and they showed they cared and listened to my desires and concerns! They put me in a brand new car and helped me re establish my credit line!! More

We’ve taken it back for regular maintenance recently and again, everything was great. Dead on estimate, job done right and on time. Same day service and I got a free loner while they worked on my car. I’ll be back for service for sure and am about to purchase a car from them as well. More

I was immediately escorted to the Parts department and told they would take care of it. They didn't have any.. They ordered them for me and told me to come in on Tuesday. I did and they weren't there. They said to come back the next day, but since I wasn't coming from across the street, and had lost some confidence in their professionalism, I decided to wait until Friday so I didn't make another wasted trip. When I got there only one had come in (so at least one wasted trip). Assuming the reason service escorted me to parts was so that the guy behind the counter could install the battery I asked if he would replace the battery. He said " sure, but I've never done it before". So I asked if service could do it. He said I'll call them. Whoever he called from service said "Tell the customer that they will have to do it because they break too often." When I challenged that the reason they break so often might be because they have the inexperienced customer replacing the battery, they said that is why they had them do it. I said 'Thanks for nothing and I'll never come back here again". More
