Low pressure in tire I got an indication of low pressure in the driver side rear tire. I called for an appointment. I was able to get one later the same day. The technician greeted me immediately and told me it would be 1-2 hours to check the tire. I waited almost 2 hours in the comfortable waiting area. The technician was able to locate the source of the leak and repair the tire. I was pleased with this result and with the courteous way I was treated. More

Oil change I had a noon appointment for oil change and service, .I arrived at 11:45 waited for 15 minutes to be acknowledged. When I was acknowledged I advised the tech I had a noon appointment. He asked if I would be waiting and I replied yes. I was then told it would be 2 1/2 hours before it would be finished as they were running behind. Totally unacceptable, they had plenty of time to contact me and advised me of the delay. This is not my first problem, it started the day I purchased my SUV. I wish I could rate them with zero stars. More
