Appt for 8 waited with several other unhappy customers. What added to our discontent was we had received a call to confirm the appointment and also received two texts confirming. Then to top it off received a call about 1030 to reschedule since saying you were closed. Sorry will not be coming back to Van for anything.

Already did. Left voicemail and emailed Mr Fanning, no response at all. Got a call on Wednesday from advisor Chelsea and said car will be done on Friday 1/22.2021. When noon time came on Friday and no calls saying my car is ready or not gonna be ready , I called and left voicemails on Chelseas voicemail and no call back on Friday at all, still no response form Mr Fanning either. Called Saturday morning and spoke to Alex. He said the reason Chelsea did not call me back is because she has been out for a couple of days! So I’m told my car will be done on Friday, advisor takes off and no one calls! When I called on Saturday and found out car will not be ready because they have not even received the parts! Horrible service Update 1/27 Got a phone call from a salesman at Van Chevrolet, wanting to purchase my car and put me in a new one! Yeah right. Yet still no call from service dept. about my vehicle, since I contacted them this past Saturday. I continue to wait! Also still no return phone calls or emails from Mr. Blake Fanning. 1/29/2021 4 Made a phone call this morning to GM Corporate and They said they would call Van Chevy today and check on car. And about 430 pm I get a phone call saying that my car is all done!! I have a 6000 miles left on my warranty. Will prob get one more oil change because it will still be free. Then done with this place!!
