I brought my 2023 Subaru Ascent in for a braking issue (grinding / pulsing) to Van Bortel after taking it to another Subaru dealer in our area. All the staff were friendly and helpful, a loaner vehicle was provided. I was treated with respect and made me feel welcome. I wish I had bought my car there.
