It makes a difference as to whether the consumer can just wait for the repair (which is what I did) or they have to get a loaner for the day. More

Extremely helpful Low oil warning light came on while driving, and I immediately went to the Subaru dealer on West Henrietta Road (where it was purchased). Even when we hit a snag she reassured me that it would get worked out and never pressured me into making any fast decisions. I visited other dealerships too but I came back to Van Bortel because I felt it was a much easier and low pressure process. Everyone at the dealership is super friendly, both at Victor and Henrietta.
