I took our Subaru for an Air Bag recall. Since I live an hour away I had requested at the time I made the apt two weeks prior to assure that a rental vehicle be available. I had planned to have them quote me for new shocks and struts but will now take my business elsewhere. Love my Outback but will not purchase a new one there. More

Just as I prepared to ask about the delay, service writer came out to apologize, saying all of their systems had gone down causing the delay and that there would be no charge for the inspection. So far we are pleased with the touring version, but there is a lot of Technology to get familiar with. The only issue we've had was one day the radio wouldn't come on for a few hours. Suddenly it worked. It may have been doing one of the upgrades. We'll see if this happens again and pursue service if it does. More
