Van Bortel Subaru of Rochester

This is my 3rd Subaru from Van Bortal, so have come to expect an uncomplicated, experience, with no pressure...but this time, with Ben's help, I can actually describe it as having been "fun". He was extremely knowledgeable about the car, all the features, etc...but the whole thing felt like talking with a really interesting friend who, by the way, sells cars...drove away feeling extremely satisfied and content...Kitty has managed to craft a delightfully uncomplicated process in a field with can be the poster child for complicated and stressful/fraught with doubt, and then hiring a group of incredibly competent and friendly people who are there to assist you.....all that added to the fact that Subarus are such great cars!!! thanks Ben!!! The best car buying experience ever! I came to Van Bortel after having a bad experience at a different Subaru dealer in the area, and I'm so glad I did.
