You drive into the garage and drop off your car. You move inside and sit in the customer service area. There's WiFi, snacks and a TV. And also a fireplace! They keep you informed about your service and the work is done in a timely manner. I never give 5 stars because there is always something that could be improved. I was not sure whether to downsize into a Crosstrek or stay with the Forester. Nate was very patient in showing the differences and similarities. Once I decided, he worked through the various options to finance or lease the car. Working with Michael as far as the paperwork was great. He was very thorough and explained everything clearly. At the delivery, Chris was there to help me learn all the new equipment on the Forester. In all, a great experience.
