Exceptional service I returned to Van Bortel's dealership four months after purchasing my 2016 Suburu Forester. I wasn't sure if I wanted to keep it because i wasn't sure I returned to Van Bortel's dealership four months after purchasing my 2016 Suburu Forester. I wasn't sure if I wanted to keep it because i wasn't sure it fit my needs. I was concerned about its seemingly over- size frame as well as the increased rollover factor of SUV vehicles. Ben Azam met me in the showroom and my fears began to fade. He assured me that the dealership was committed to my happiness with whatever vehicle I chose. He listened to my needs and began showing me smaller vehicles, like the Impreza and the CrossTrek to test drive. In addition, he went to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) website and I was able to read the stats about my 2016's rating for potential rollover, from an unbiased source. These facts, coupled with my test driving of other models helped me arrive at a conclusion I could happily live with.
