The sales rep Dawn made it more of a friendly, and fun experience. She wasn't pushy and she didn't try to get us to buy something we didn't want. She allowed for us to tell her what we wanted, and she directed us to only those vehicles. The over all experience was great! Now we are the happy owners of 2 Ford Fusions which, make us twice as happy :)! More
Overall excellent experience. No pressure. No pressure sales. Making sure you get the car that's right for you is more important than making money. Great buy I had looked at a few other dealerships before I came here, but I was not as confident with purchasing from them as I was when I went to Dick Edwards. I had looked at a few other dealerships before I came here, but I was not as confident with purchasing from them as I was when I went to Dick Edwards. The atmosphere is very inviting and friendly, I didn't feel like I was being pushed to buy or had any reason to worry about the quality of the vehicles as I did with some of the other dealerships I visited. I checked out their website before going in so I already knew what I was interested in, Alex was very helpful from the beginning and showed me the vehicles I was interested in and even showed me another option I wasn't aware of that would give me even better value for my money. I didn't have a way to the bank so he even offered to drive me and waited patiently for me to get my financing, I ended up getting to drive home in my vehicle that day, and over all I'm completely happy with my purchase and I will recommend to anyone I know looking to buy a vehicle to go see him. More

Fantastic Sevice Dept.!! I wanted to pass along how very impressed I am with your service dept. My serpentine belt broke on my F150 while in route from Topeka to JC. I calle I wanted to pass along how very impressed I am with your service dept. My serpentine belt broke on my F150 while in route from Topeka to JC. I called at 5:30 from the tow truck and told the service dept. I was headed their way. They said they closed at 6:00 but would see what they could do. I walked in at 5:50 they immediately got on the phone to locate a belt. They could have very easily told me it was too late to try to do anything last night. But, the belt was delivered, they stayed late, and I was back on my way home to Topeka by 7:00. I did not get any names, but I believe the service manager a mechanic, and an adviser were all involved. I would like you to recognize these individuals. They even asked if I cared if they cleaned their floor. I have owned my F150 for 14 years, and will be trading for a newer one soon. I will likely come from Topeka to your location in JC due to this experience I had last night. Please recognize your service dept. They were the best. I was not expecting that treatment so close to your closing time and I sure appreciated it! More

typical car buying Interesting experience. Though the salesperson, Dawn, was a delight to work with, I felt the sales manager/finance guy, Rick, was overly pushy, vague Interesting experience. Though the salesperson, Dawn, was a delight to work with, I felt the sales manager/finance guy, Rick, was overly pushy, vague with information, and impersonal. This didn't stop with the actual purchase date; as, he failed to get me all of my copies of the finance and purchase paperwork on two additional trips to the dealership to finalize this purchase. Be sure to check over the vehicle thoroughly - mine had wipers that were literally falling off the 'blades'. Though, I will say, having them fix those minor things before leaving was no issue at all! And the service section was a pleasure to work with - both at purchase time, and at my first oil change. Over all, it was a typical car-buying experience. I did not enjoy any of my interactions with Rick; however, the sales person and service department were good. I did leave with a car that I am in love with (still...4 months later), and with a very reasonable deal. But I will warn, that they ask you to fill out these reasons before leaving their showroom, so the reactions are a little biased. ;-) More
