Very bad and untrustworthy service. I made an appointment and gave all the required information to get my Jeep fixed. The service rep. didn't ask for the vin. I delivered the jeep to the I made an appointment and gave all the required information to get my Jeep fixed. The service rep. didn't ask for the vin. I delivered the jeep to the first appointment for a 3 hour repair job early in the morning. I got a call that afternoon saying they didn't have the parts. They claimed the parts were there prior to my arrival. I took the jeep home unrepaired. I made a second appointment and again they claimed the parts were there and again I delivered my jeep early and had to pick it up unrepaired. Against my best judgement I made a third appointment. This time they claimed to have the parts. I was told my jeep was getting worked on around 1600 that day. I got a call the next day at 1200 saying they just started work and could not garantee it would be done on the second day for a three hour repair job. I had to cancel the repair and I took the jeep down the road to Jim Clark. While at this other dealer they called for the 2 seals I would need for the repair from Dick Edwards because they were suppose to have them for the repair they didn't complete on my jeep. They only had one seal available, this means they were going to repair my jeep with only one seal and I was paying for two seals. This shows the integrity at Dick Edwards is clearly in question or else they lack a professional organization. This is the first review I have ever written. More

Awesome and professional I'm a first time car buyer but I have been with friends and relatives when they have purchased their own vehicles and have seen some really rude and u I'm a first time car buyer but I have been with friends and relatives when they have purchased their own vehicles and have seen some really rude and uncaring employees in dealerships, so I was hesitant in purchasing my own car. My husband recommend I go to Dick Edwards since he recently purchased a car from there and had a wonderful experience. So we had the pleasure of having Angel Rose and her manager take care of us and really worked with us on getting our dream cars. They were really friendly,welcoming and exceeded our expectations in meeting our needs. We're very pleased with the service we received and will recommend this dealership to friends and will return here for any future cars we may want to purchase as well. More
