Have had a very enjoyable experience. Have had a relationship with this salesman at Dick Edwards for probably 29 years, more time than he has been a car salesman anywhere. Wherever he has sold cars, I have bought five vehicles from him and this latest purchase is the sixth vehicle. He knows how patient my wife and I are in waiting for just the right vehicle and he has very patient, helpful and understanding about our wants. He even was helpful in suggesting that maybe leather seats would be more protective if spillage of food (ie: ice cream, etc) would be accidentally dropped on the seat by our grand daughter. We were not a fan of leather seats. But when we saw the vehicle and the mileage, condition of vehicle, etc. we were really impressed. Kenny Constable really is a car salesman who works the most for his longtime customers and specializes in knowing what they want. This is why I have been trading vehicles with him the last 22 yrs and will continue to value his friendship and advice in vehicles. He is super trustworthy. He is valued by us and should be by Dick Edwards. Thank you Kenny. More

It's Jenny And Thomas at Dick Edwards Auto Plaza in JC were the most helpful and kind individuals my husband and I have ever had the pleasure to meet. It's never easy making the right choice in vehicles nowadays especially when you have to drive a distance for you daily work commute. Jenny allowed is to express our needs and did not try and sway us in anyway with a high dollar sale, as we experienced earlier in Manhattan when we did not seem to be the right customer for the dealership we stopped at. Thomas eased my husband's mind by discussing all the different pluses and minuses with the choices they had. At the end of our experience we drove away trading in my 2013 Ram 1500 for a beautiful fuel efficient and economical 2015 Kia Sorento as well as a couple really cool friendships. Terrible Service Still I took in my 08 Escape for bad ignition,now i get it back my left blinker will not shut off. Also my rear window washer comes on when wiper is on. They tell blinker is wore out & it all a coincidence. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! I would like to update you on problem. I first called Dick Edwards himself & was told he would check in to the problem. I should have known better,because he said goodbye & i had to ask him won't you need my phone number. He has not called back,it has been over 2 weeks. I called the service department because they contacted me,from this post. I just took it in & they say the same thing it is not their fault. That it is a coincidence, that the parts are faulty. Again i say this is why people do NOT like taking their cars to dealers!!! More

Horrible Service Department and Staff By far one of the worst service department and staff I have ever encountered. They prices are too high for part and service. As a Soldier, I do not recommend any service members use this dealership for service because they will rip you off. More
