Dick Edwards Auto Plaza not only still believes in customer care but in my situation, they went above and beyond what I ever could have imagined. After taking my vehicle to Flint Hills Auto and getting the run around, I drove 25 minutes from Manhattan to Dick Edwards Auto Plaza in Junction City. When I got there I was relieved to see a member of the service team who I knew from the Old store in Manhattan. This individual took the time to look into my issue and discovered the problem with my vehicle would have been covered under warranty and could have been taken care of by Flint Hills Auto, if only they too would have taken the time to take care of a customer. Even though the warranty had run out about a month earlier, Dick Edwards Auto Plaza honored the warranty and fixed my vehicle free of charge. Amazing customer care and service! If you have vehicle service needs, I highly recommend Dick Edwards Auto Plaza. More

He is very patient and goes above and beyond with me. Takes the time to call and keep me in the loop with when the parts came in and when to bring in the Jeep. Even had someone take me back to my house so I didn't have to wait at the dealership all day for it to be done. Thank you very much Mr Steve! More

Great Service!! I had been looking for another subaru since I had sold mine 3 years ago. I inquired about one I found on line. Within 15 mins I got a call from the dealership and we went down to see it about an hour later. Everyone was so friendly and not at all pushy. Angel was very knowledgeable and showed us all the bells and whistles. We took it for a test drive and drove it home an hour later. This was a really great car buying experience and I absolutely love my new car. More

Never got an Appointment to have my Car Service! I went online and submitted a request for an appointment for an Oil Change and for two of the three Recalls for my 2013 Ford Fusion. The first two re I went online and submitted a request for an appointment for an Oil Change and for two of the three Recalls for my 2013 Ford Fusion. The first two request, I had asked to be called for the appointment, after a few days of not hearing from them, I submitted a third request, asking to be emailed with an appointment date, in case we were playing phone tag. To this day, I have still not heard from them. I finally scheduled an appointment with an Independent Mechanic, Jesse, at Mobile Car Care. He does outstanding work! I figured they did not want to bother with me, because I had requested the Recall work to be completed also. If they are going to offer appointment request online, then they should at least have the common courtesy to respond, one way or the other. What is sad, is, I will still have to deal with them to get the Recall work completed. More
