I did receive a warranty for 1,000 miles or one month whatever came first. I’m a traveling healthcare worker so the miles came first by the time I was able to get it in to a mechanic I was 100 miles over the warranty. They sold me a vehicle that was not safe to drive as is. The jeep was starting to have a burning smell when I took it to my mechanic and he informed me that it was profusely pouring out transmission fluid, the tie rods are completely worn as well as my steering being loose and a minor safety concern. I bought it with the windshield cracked which I was told the service department would call me to schedule a replacement for free. They did reach out and schedule an appointment however they did have to reschedule a few times and then I had to reschedule twice because of work conflicts. I had an appointment schedule for Jan 31st I called to reschedule for Monday and the service department told me that I would be charged for the windshield if I were to reschedule the appointment. I was able to get the jeep to the dealership for the 9am appointment time and I checked in with the service department who asked me what quote I received for the windshield and I explained that I was not supposed to be charged for this service. The service department did not have that paperwork on file and I had to dig through my copies to find the paperwork to prove I was not financially responsible for the service. Thankfully I had the paperwork with me but I’m very disappointed I was expected to prove what was promised by them. I left the dealership and received a call from them around noon to inform me the windshield repair company was not going to show up and that I needed to come pick up my Jeep and reschedule the appointment. I rescheduled the appointment for Monday like I asked for originally. This was a major inconvenience since I had to get a ride to the dealership twice and now will have to do that again come Monday. As I was leaving the dealership about 10 minutes into my drive my check engine light came on and the Jeep was shaking and sputtering with a awful ticking sound which left me and my daughter in quite the predicament. So I made another trip to my mechanic to see what the issue was and now the jeep has a misfire which leaves me worried about driving it. So now I have a list of issues that needs to be fixed. I did inform the dealership of the transmission leak and the tie rods. The salesmen let me know they would not repair it unless I paid for it since I was over the warranty miles. Which I do understand however the misrepresentation of the vehicle quality is very upsetting to me. I live on unmaintained roads and have a small farm I truly needed a vehicle that could withstand the driving that I do which left me in a position to get a truck or something with 4wheel drive which is why I chose the jeep. I really do like the jeep so at the end of the day I would’ve chose it again. With that being said they claim that they do full inspections of used vehicles before they sell them and there is absolutely no way they did not know about the tie rods or the transmission leak as it leaks profusely and coats the ground in fluid. I do appreciate the effort it took them to get me into a vehicle I actually liked and took in my trade even though it was in rough condition. However I feel that doesn’t excuse misrepresenting the quality of the vehicle. More

Bree was great! Amazing purchasing experience. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to come here. Unless, of course you want a painful experience. Amazing purchasing experience.
