From initial contact with their manager Mr. St Ours to finalizing Sales with Mr. Wicks, and driving away with my new Nissan took one week. Kelly is a excellent sales representative for Nissan. The way she demonstrated and described all the features of my new Rogue, made me aware of all the great features of this vehicle, I could not wait to take it home and on the road. Valley Nissan of Staunton personnel are very friendly from greeting me at the door, to finding the lowest rate for financing the vehicle, everyone I encountered at that dealership made me feel welcome and that they had my best interest at heart. Honesty I have 2014 Nissan Sentra 22k mi, still under Nissan factory warranty, but as you know today most dealers try to find a way to charge you. I have this I have 2014 Nissan Sentra 22k mi, still under Nissan factory warranty, but as you know today most dealers try to find a way to charge you. I have this bed experienced at Harrisonburg Nissan service . It is why I avoid them , and went to Staunton Nissan to see if this "robbery" will be here also. But to my surprise this Staunton Nissan service department did not charge me or "rob' me , but honestly fixed a broken LF shock assembly free of charge. Thanks ! Now I do know that it is a honest people. More
