For exam I recently purchased a new Nissan Altima from Tabatha at Valley Nissan. Her customer service & attention to detail has been second to none. For example.....this morning I contacted her for a small service need & she responded immediately. Due to being short staffed at work, I was unable to personally bring the car to the dealership for repair. She immediately offered to come pick the car up from my place of employment & have it serviced. There never seems to be enough hours in the day to get all of my tasks done so when I'm offered this type of "above & beyond" service it makes me VERY happy! More
