These Guys are Awesome Have had my Jeep in for at least 5 recalls in the last 2 years, and I got the run around from various other dealers in my area. I called up Jim George and he got me in quickly and took care of all of them. The other dealers were telling me 3 weeks before they can service my vehicle. They took me the next day!! I actually drive by 3 Chrysler dealers to get to Falls Motor City. They are top notch! More

Beyond that sales experience, I would suggest that you do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Don't only listen to me,but go ahead and look at their service reviews from other customers. My family has purchased three vehicles from FMC. - My experience: upon driving my new Patriot home I discovered the Uconnect didn't work. I called service the day after I took delivery and they said "three weeks". I noted this on dealerrater and actually received a phone call asking me to change the bad review if they get me in sooner. I did. The Uconnect still doesn't work three months later. My phone is compatible. - My daughter took her 2012 Wrangler (purchased new) in two or three times for popping out of fourth gear. They told her it wasn't doing it when they drove it and she doesn't know how to drive manual. The Jeep, by the way, was her sixth stick shift. So she just got into the habit of skipping a gear because popping out of gear at speed is a safety issue. Now at 37,000 she took it in for a suspension warranty replacement and was told the clutch "gave out" when the service tech drove it in and it would be $1200 to replace. She had no problem when she drove it in. Plus, there had bee a technical bulletin since June 2012 about popping out of gear! The dealer and Chrysler blew her off saying a clutch is a wear part and isn't covered. When she and her fiance went in they would not let her see her Jeep in service. Hmm. - In fairness, I have to say that my other daughter's one service experience with her 2011 Dodge Durango, a water pump replacement, was routine and went well. I do not plan to give FMC service business on my 2015 Patriot. I have purchased a Plymouth, two Dodges, and a Ford from another dealership that also sells Jeeps. That's where I'm taking mine, because my service experiences with them over the years was great. More
Worst Service Department I have EVER dealt with! I have never dealt with a service department that has no customer service, no phone skills, no knowledge of the vehicles it sells and treats customers I have never dealt with a service department that has no customer service, no phone skills, no knowledge of the vehicles it sells and treats customers like crap. This will be the first & last Chrysler that I will ever buy from them. I have had nothing but issues with my van since we purchased it in 2012, not to mention we purchased a life time warranty that is a complete joke! $100 deductible on work to a transmission that is leaking yet has been in for service multiple times and NEVER fixed. They are always to busy to talk to you, never have enough employees to handle all the work, when you ask them specific questions they don't have the answer and "will have to get back to you". Either hire 10 more people to handle your work flow or get competent people in there that know how to run a service department. I had to call again today because I realized that their wonderful Mopar people forgot to put an oil change sticker on my van. The guy laughed at me when I called and asked if he could give me the mileage so I could write it down myself. Instead of looking he said" just add 4,000 miles to it" Thanks for that nice response, wish I knew what day and mileage I had about 2 1/2 -3 weeks ago!!!! I forgot, I memorize my mileage! I just hung up. I can't handle lazy people who make you feel stupid when it's their peoplewho can't do their job. I will be selling my Town & County, its been the worst service experience I have ever had! Jim George you might want to get a better handle on your staff. I called and asked to speak with you and was told you were to busy to talk to customers. Not the response your want to get when your already upset with the service you get! I think if your the service manager you need to be available to ALL customers!! More

Bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee and had it serviced multiple times for transmission and engine noise. Less than 3K milage. Service can identify the noise in my engine and wrote it odd as no trouble found. They said they can duplicate the noise in another jeep but when I asked for them to show me they refused and indicated they do not have time. I will drive the extra miles to Klaban on Tuesday and get it fixed More

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION! We bought a Town and Country. We had it LESS than 3 months, and it turned out to be a LEMON. They will not stand behind their cars. (They will take your money!) We were told that the car has many issues, they do not know how to fix them and that we cannot bring it back...even though it is under warranty. Please message me if you want ANY details. I brought my new vehicle which I purchased at this dealer in four times for the same problem. The steering wheel was off center from the day I purchased it. When they it was "fixed" it was off center the ot in four times for the same problem. The steering wheel was off center from the day I purchased it. When they it was "fixed" it was off center the other way. Brought it back for a tire rotation and had severe vibration. The "fix" for this was to rotate tire back and drive for a couple thousand miles. This caused my tires to wear unevenly. Meanwhile the steering wheel is still not straight. Brought back again to have tires rotated because of uneven wear and have wheel centered. They blamed the alignment which took 4.5 hours to fix. Notably the car went straight down the road before I brought it in. After the alignment job, the tires had not been rotated. I waited another hour while this was done. After driving, the only reason the wheel was centered was because the car pulled so badly to the right. Also since the tires had been rotated back the way they should have been in the first place, the vibration returned. After speaking with the service manager I brought the car back again. It took 3 calls to even speak with him and he didn't bother to speak with me personally when I brought it in. The vibration was blamed on the tires which Goodyear reported was not a defect. The dealer kindly offered to sell me another set of tires. After waiting 5 days without a vehicle to have new tires put on, I was finally called to pick up the car. I showed up the next day to pick it up and it was still on the rack because the alignment had not been fixed. I waited another 3 hours at the dealer only to find that the tires were mounted with lettering facing the opposite side of the way I had asked and the steering wheel was still off center, not to mention the discount price and free labor had been conveniently omitted from my bill. The staff seemed to ignore my complaint each time-- fixing alignment that wasn't off until it was maligned, not rotating tires when asked too, and mounting expensive new tires the wrong way. And after hours of waiting, nearly $1000 of new tires, and lots of frustration my steering wheel is still off center-- just the way I bought it new for 40+K. More
