After our purchase there were some issues and without skipping a beat the Falls Motor City employees took care of our issue and made it seamless. Thank you to Betsy Moles as well. Excellent and attentive service with a smile. I recently took my vehicle to Falls Chrysler Jeep Dodge for some repair work and from the minute I entered the facility I was welcomed by helpful team I recently took my vehicle to Falls Chrysler Jeep Dodge for some repair work and from the minute I entered the facility I was welcomed by helpful team members. The service team was extremely attentive, helpful and simply a joy to be around. They did exactly what they said they were going to do in the timeframe that they said they would do it and went as far as to wash my vehicle before giving it back to me. I will always take my vehicle to this dealership for service. More

Super fast and accommodating Betsy was amazing! Had problem with the drivers side window stuck half way down, it's also 30* outside. She was able to squeeze me in and get the wind Betsy was amazing! Good and bad Sales is great! I have bought 2 brand new vehicles from Falls Dodge. Mike my sales guy was great and made me leave feeling like I got a great price. Sales is great! I have bought 2 brand new vehicles from Falls Dodge. Mike my sales guy was great and made me leave feeling like I got a great price. He was very personable and enjoyable to deal with. Service is less than great...it is hard to get work done timely. My brand new, 2016 Ram 1500, less than a year old driver side window broke. The clasp became disconnected from the window and the window wouldn't move. It is December....they tell me it will be at least a week and a half before they can get me in to fix it!!! Both the girl I talked to in service and the service manager were rude and dismissive. Such a simple fix, on a brand new vehicle, they should have done what was necessary to get the problem fixed! They would not offer me a rental car, even though it was warranty work, until they started working on the car. Which the service manager said, if I left the car there...for them to squeeze in, could be a week plus before they look at it! Very unreasonable, unprofessional could care less about making it right. Very disappointed as a long time customer of both the sales and service departments. I called Klaben Dodge in Kent, they were also booked, but Great service department! Always has been a good experience bringing our two Dodges to them. They treat us better than the dealership closer to our house, that we bought the vehicles from! if I let me drop the truck off a day later (squeezed me in) they could help me. They had it done within a couple hours! I wish I could count on that kind of service from the dealer I bought my cars from! More

Great service Betsey is the best service rep I have ever dealt with at any dealership. I had to have some recall work done on my Grand Cherokee. When I called on F Betsey is the best service rep I have ever dealt with at any dealership. I had to have some recall work done on my Grand Cherokee. When I called on Friday, Betsy checked to see that they had the parts. She made an appointment for me to have the work done the following Tuesday. She had a Town and Country minivan for me to use while I had the work done. I was out the door in ten minutes! She was organized! She called me when the work was done and did not wait until the end of the day until the dealership was about to close which has happened at my old dealership. Everyone at the Falls Motor City asks if they can help you and they have a very customer oriented culture. I am impressed and happy I found them. Don MacKay More

33 days----service rep to service manager to Steve Parker GM I have wrote this 3 times and I'm going to make it simple When my vehicle got back to me after a few issues with FMC and my aftermarket warranty compa I have wrote this 3 times and I'm going to make it simple When my vehicle got back to me after a few issues with FMC and my aftermarket warranty company . I recieved my truck back and appreciated the courtesy truck and a good cleaning of my own . . They were more than fair . If you have an issue ,communicate with the service rep and if they can't help you move up the chain of command . And please remember my warranty company Omega Auto care did not make the experience easy for me or The dealership ! I would recommend you to try them out . Every problem is different . More
