Chrysler safety recall P54 is a documented failed fuel pump relay and has a bypass part number as a fix. Given the symptoms I gave the service center they should ran the appropriate tests like the other shop did and determined the TIPM needed replaced or bypass option. Instead, Falls Motor City supposedly ran their diagnostics plan giving a "mechanical parts" solution that would have costed $1400 in their shop, not solving the issue. I replaced their recommended parts and found that this wasn't the fix. This review is about the FALURE of the Falls Motor City service center's quality and integrity, for not listening to their customer, being knowledgeable of their brand's issues or open to customer complaints with documented evidence. I was even told by the Service Center manager David Milan, that writing a poor but accurate review is extortion and only reputable repair shop repairs would be recognized.
