Calling last night when I had car problems and car engine died at supermarket. Wasn’t able to make it to dealership before they closed. I had a vibration in the driveline and I took it to a dealer in mentor and was told the could not help because they were backed up on service and could not get me a rental. I call Valley where I purchase dealer in mentor and was told the could not help because they were backed up on service and could not get me a rental. I call Valley where I purchased the truck and they said bring it in. I drove 35 min and they were waiting for me with a a smile and a rental all set up for me with no delays. Not many true customer service driven dealers out there anymore. A+ More
