I really appreciate the convenience of being able to just drive up to the service area to get an oil change and other standard, quick maintenance services without an appointment. This past visit I was met wi drive up to the service area to get an oil change and other standard, quick maintenance services without an appointment. This past visit I was met with VERY kind, well-spoken, attentive personnel. I even witnessed a service provider deescalate a customer who was upset about her service (who hasn’t been before?). He came down to eye-level, maintained a non-aggressive tone and allowed her to speak her piece. Extremely professional! Keep it up, y’all!! I appreciate it!!!! More
