I was looking for an American made crossover and had tried to test drive a few models at other dearships before dragging my husband out to look. All other dealers pretty much if not totally ignored me. Not Falls. Not Scott. He was very friendly, helpful and happy to let me test drive the Compass. He patiently answered my questions and brought up things I had not even thought of. I have a PT Cruiser purchased from another dealer and they were o.k., steriotypical carsalesman. Scott was straight forward and did not talk to me as a "female", which I hate! the whole experience was easy, pleasant and relaxed. Even signing the paperwork was well organized and no pressure. My husband and I are very pleased with the Compass and the way we were treated at Falls. We will certainly refer our friends and family to Scott and Falls Dodge!! Thanks Guys!! You Rock!! In ALL my dealings with this Dealership, and Mr. John Gorny in particular, it has been a most pleasant experience. Though to date, no sale has transpired between them and I, hopefully one can be done soon. I have had very bad expirences with buying a new car. So, when I went to Jerome, on the recomendation of a friend, I was still very causious. Jerome said he would work for me and help me find what worked for me, and true to his word he did just that. I couldn't make up my mind on what car I wanted. I don't have spottless credit and that made it more difficult. I decided I wanted a 2012 Jeep Patriot and with my favorite color being orange, it had to be the copperhead color. I didn't have much to put down and my trade was not paid off, so on my initial visit I did not buy a new car, but Jerome said he would work on it. I truly thought I would not hear from them again and that was that no new car for me. To my suprise I DID get a call back from Jerome, wow was I shocked, telling me they were still working on it and what progress they had made. I still was not comfortable with where the numbers were, so I declinded that offer. Thinking now it was over, no new car. I had gone to another dealership and they said they could to this and that and that Falls was not telling me the truth and I should buy from them and blah blah blah. To my suprise again I got a call from Jerome telling me that him and Bobby had worked with the bank and they got me a really good deal, with payments where I said I wanted to be. The other dealership said that it couldn't be done, which only fueled my craziness on, I'm going to get ripped off and stuck in a bad deal, BUT I called and talked with Jerome and Bobby and they showed me the paper work to back up what they said, and they were not lying to me at all! I did at that point take the offer and I am now a proud owner of a brand new 2012 Jeep Patriot and of course it's copperhead color. I did go back to Falls a week after getting my Jeep to personally thank Jerome and Bobby for being so patient with me and all my craziness. In the future I will go back to Falls and hopefully with this expirence, my craziness with car buying won't be as difficult for me. JEROME REALLY DID WORK FOR ME! I can not thank him enough. I was not an easy customer to deal with. More

I decided to purchase a new 2012 Wrangler and ultimately I purchased from FMC because you could not beat their selection, price and customer service (Josh and BJ were great to work with). I have not had an opportnity to work with the service department yet (which is a good thing since I have had the Jeep for less than 2 months). Once I do - I will come back and update my review. More

I called on a friday evening, with question on new Charger SRT8 Super Bees. I spoke with Karen, and she was able to answer all my questions. I came in the next day, and had decided I was interested in either a new Ram, or a Durango. I was picky, and looked back and forth, and back and forth, trying to decide-Karen was pleasent, and answered every question I had. I made my decision the next day, and Karen tracked down the exact Durango I wanted. Signing all the paperwork was quick and easy!! A smooth transaction!! More
