It was pretty beat up from years of hard work and I had been casually looking for a smaller truck to replace it. While waiting for my wife to come pick me up Scott Jacobs introduced himself while I was browsing the show room. I ended up out in the lot when I spotted a used Dakota that I really liked. Scott was in a sales meeting but left instead of making me wait till the meeting was over. While meetings are important, it was nice to know I was more important. After the sale Scott helped me clean out my truck, helped me to get the gull wing tool box off, even gave me bags to put all my stuff in. Thanks to everyone involved in my purchase, but a special thanks to Scott for all his help. More
