This is the second new vehicle we have bought from Falls Motor City. I was in the market for a Jeep. I went to another dealership first, but the salesman's lack of presentation skills made me want to go elsewhere. I stopped by the dealership with the intention of getting a salesman's card and setting an appointment for later in the week (I was in the middle of handling other stuff). Kevin greeted me in the lot. I mentioned that I was in kind of a rush and wanted to stop back later. He was fine with that and we walked inside to trade contact information. I asked Kevin a question about the dual top group, and he answered it by showing me the feature on a floor model - along with a couple of other really cool features. I walked out of the dealership thinking "I learned more about the Wrangler in the last 10 minutes than I did with a 45 minute test drive at the other place". I went back with the list of items that I was looking for in a Sahara. Every new vehicle I bought in the past was "what could I afford, and off the lot". This time, I wanted to treat myself. I have done my homework on the new Jeeps, but it's one thing to read about it on line and look at pictures, and quite another to have it presented to you. Kevin was very knowledgeable about Jeeps, and not only did he answer all of my questions, he pointed out quite a few other features as well. He agreed to look for the Sahara I wanted and call me when he found it. He followed up as promised and continued to look. I was looking for the two tone interior, but it wasn't a mandatory feature. He told me about the fully loaded Sport S model they had at the dealership. I decided to check it out (I realize that Sahara's are basically trim enhanced Sport models). I fell for the test drive tactic and the fact that it was one sweet Jeep - Kudos to the person who ordered it! Kevin introduced me to Joe Gerycz the financing guru. Joe got financing answers for me in no time. The funny thing is that I work for a bank. For the last 2 to 3 weeks I was trying to get an answer from my employer concerning a pre-approved auto loan. The employee assistance people did a horrible job processing my application. Joe found the best deal in a very short period of time - offered by my bank! Other banks screwed up as well - My credit was good and I had cash so I know it wasn't me. I would also like to mention that the guy who handled the paperwork was easy to get along with, very professional, and had a sense of humor - he made the process pleasant. i The girl who handled my deposit check was friendly, as well as the parts manager who has been very helpful with the accessories I ordered. The mechanic and the receptionist I spoke with concerning my spotlight installation were both professional and pleasant. The entire dealership's friendly, non-overbearing environment makes for a great buying experience. More
