The whole team from beginning to end were very supportive and patient. Made sure all our questions were answered and let us test drive several versions of the same brand until i was sure we made the right ch and patient. We live in Pittsburgh, PA. We stumbled upon this dealership while doing a search on Autotrader.com. We found a Chevy Traverse that we were interested in. After inquiring about it online, Andy Howa dealership while doing a search on Autotrader.com. We found a Chevy Traverse that we were interested in. After inquiring about it online, Andy Howard contacted us by phone within hours. We explained that we had a trade it and we discussed how much our trade was worth over the phone. We pretty much made the deal over the phone. Andy couldn't have been nicer! He was very honest and fair. We decided to take the 2 hour drive to see the car. When we arrived, Andy was as professional and kind as he was over the phone. The Traverse was in excellent condition. The finance department got us a great interest rate! This, by far, has been the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had! When I got home and showed my husband the car, he noticed one of the tires were dry rotted and wouldn't pass our PA inspection. I contacted Andy and within 15 minutes he told us the dealer would give us 4 brand new tires! Very easy and super fair! This dealership has great prices and great customer service. We definitely will purchase our next vehicle here! It was worth the drive. We also will share this experience with our friends in Pittsburgh! Thanks Andy! More
