I can't say enough about this dealership. I called this dealership from my house on a Thursday night just before they closed because I was very interested in a car they had on their lot. Josh and Mi this dealership from my house on a Thursday night just before they closed because I was very interested in a car they had on their lot. Josh and Mike worked all night and throughout the next morning to figure out how to work my trade in and to get me the car I wanted, and not to mention they got my monthly payment WAY lower than I even thought possible. The staff here was extremely courteous and made my buying experience tremendous. I can't thank these guys enough for what they did for me. They open at 9am on Saturdays, and as I was awaiting Josh's phone call that morning, he called me at 9:01am to give me the incredible news. My next car WILL be purchased from them, no doubt. Thank you so much! More

From the very start our experience was great! I logged onto the website and had an option to live chat. Within seconds I was speaking to a dealer named Kevin Davis. I let him know which car we were intere onto the website and had an option to live chat. Within seconds I was speaking to a dealer named Kevin Davis. I let him know which car we were interested in and he drove right to the dealership to verify that the car most certainly was there and called us to let us know. He knew we were from Cleveland and it would be a drive, so he insisted on double checking that the car was there and making sure it was ready for us to come and test drive! Everyone we encountered was very polite and friendly. The place didn't seem like most dealerships that make you feel as if you are just a pawn in their selling game. Falls Motor City and all of its employees made sure to treat us fairly and made us feel at ease, almost as if we were invited guests into their own home. The entire process from start to finish, even with bringing our 1 year old daughter, was very enjoyable and we got to drive home in our new family car! All smiles for this family because of the family at Falls Motor City! And for that we say Thank You :) More

We found the 2011 Chevy Cruz online, went in, test drove it, and bought it the same day. The experience of the sale with Scott was good. Everyone was very friendly. As there had been paper protectors on t it, and bought it the same day. The experience of the sale with Scott was good. Everyone was very friendly. As there had been paper protectors on the floor, we didn't notice that there were no floor mats until we got home. We immediately called Scott and told him the floor mats were missing. He said he'd look into it. He never called back and we called several times to follow up to no avail. We called and spoke with the manager who told us there was nothing he could do and the cars are sold as they come in. When asked if he could do anything for us to just get floor mats, he said no. He made no attempt to rectify the situation and didn't even ask our names. We really feel that once they had our money, the customer service ended. I know floor mats aren't really a big deal in the grand scheme of things, but had they simply provided some, we wouldn't have a bad taste in our mouths and would have praised them instead of recommending to everyone to avoid Falls Motor City. More

Outstanding experience from start to finish! Read reviews of Jeep dealers in my area with little success until I saw the reviews others have given about Falls Motor City. I made the 45 minute trip out to see of Jeep dealers in my area with little success until I saw the reviews others have given about Falls Motor City. I made the 45 minute trip out to see Dave McGraw and staff based the positive comments and initial conversation I had with Dave regarding Jeep Patriots. Dave is an experienced, knowledgable, and easy to work with salesmen. There was no pressure and such a smooth process. They even bought out my old competitor lease, provided me rebates options and got my new Jeep lease down to an incredible monthly payment. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Dave McGraw and the Falls Motor City team. WOW,what a great experience we had! After months of pushy dealers and overpriced dealerships we finally found what we were looking for at Falls Motor City. Ron Hall was great from the start. I called to inqu dealers and overpriced dealerships we finally found what we were looking for at Falls Motor City. Ron Hall was great from the start. I called to inquire on a vehicle I saw online, Ron answered even though it was 10 minutes after they closed. He took the time to answer all the questions I had, never making me feel pressured or rushed. The next day we had our appointment. Right from the start everyone was friendly. We finally met Ron in person and were definitely impressed. He was very genuine and open about everything. He even had the paperwork ready for us a head a time. Financing with Cole was great, as well. We were literally in his office for 30 minutes and we were on our way home in our 2013 Dodge Challenger :) Pricing was lower then everyone else and the experience was superior! Definitely worth the 40 min drive there. I would recommend Falls Motor City and Ron and Cole to everyone. They are truly assets to the company!!!! More
