This is by far the BEST dealership I have ever dealt with. They are not a high pressure dealership. They allow you to look around at your pace and will answer all of your questions honestly. Many places treat a female like she doesn’t know a ting about cars, but not Valley. They never made me feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. Austin was a pleasure to work with, knowledgeable, kind and caring. The sale of the vehicle was also a pain free experience. We live in NC but bought from Valley in Cuyahoga. More

I purchased a 2021 Chrysler Voyager LXI for my wife on Feb. 23, 2024 and they arranged to have heated seats installed. We specifically asked Robert Langelier if there were 2 key fobs and both my wife and Feb. 23, 2024 and they arranged to have heated seats installed. We specifically asked Robert Langelier if there were 2 key fobs and both my wife and I heard his reply to be yes. We got a call on Feb. 26, 2024 that the van was ready and we took possession of the vehicle on Feb. 27, 2024. The sales person then informed us that they only had one fob. We informed him that Rob had said there were 2 fobs and the sales person said he would have it checked out because the key room was a mess. The bottom line is they told me to get my own fob and no more communication has occurred. More
