A terrific car buying experience I went to this dealership because my credit union loan officer told me they had never had a member complain about their experience here. I went to Kevin Davis because he was recommended by someone who had recently purchased a car from him. Kevin listened to the price range I said I wanted to stay within and showed me vehicles that fit my criteria, not just any car. He showed me two cars in particular. The second, a Chevy Cobalt, particularly interested me. I was concerned because GM had recently issued recalls. Kevin saw to it that the Cobalt went to a Chevy dealer and that the necessary upgrade was done. As he promised he called me when the Cobalt came back. We settled on the purchase details and while financing was being arranged I took the car to a mechanic who looked after my trade-in over the years. I can do simple things like change the oil, but I wanted a second opinion on the overall mechanical condition. I mention this because other dealers discouraged me from having such a "look see." Kevin never batted an eye when I said I wanted that second opinion. He just gave me the keys and said, "Have your guy check it out." I was sure then that I was working with a man with integrity. The mechanic told me he couldn't find any reason not to buy the car and that's just what I did. I highly recommend this dealership and Kevin Davis in particular. Richard Mounts More

Night Shift.. Usually salesmen are the reason I leave a dealership because they are pushy. Andy was real, funny, and not pushy. The dealership was great also. I had a 8 year old and I one year old with me who were able to play in the clean play area. Because I worked late, I didn't get there till 7pm and didn't leave to approximately 10. Not bad for just going to "look" at a car and instead I purchased it. Paperwork is usually a lot more dramatic than that. The maintaince man at the end of the night even told me how well behaved my children were. :) More

"Found exactly what I was looking for!" I had been shopping for a used VW Jetta for my son. Falls City Motors had one that had just been on the lot for two days. It was in excellent condition, had one owner, came with a free car fax, service records and limited warranty. The dealership made sure everything was in perfect working order before it went on the lot. It even had new brakes, rotors and tires on it. I felt like it was a safe car to purchase and knowing it came with the warranty gave me peace of mind. In addition to the best VW Jetta out there, my salesman made the experience even better! Chris Richardson was awesome! He was so friendly and personable from the moment I met him. He wasn't pushy or overbearing. He was very sincere! He explained everything that would be involved in purchasing the car and understood what was in my best interest. Buying the car was an easy process without being high pressured. ( The finance manager was very kind, knowledgeable and made the process as easy as possible. ) Chris has gone out of his way to follow through on a part that had been ordered for the car and installed.
