I like that they are not pushy or pressuring you to buy most of all. They were very friendly and patient with me, answering all of my questions and concerns. I reached out via email on a Friday about a car in inventory and had a response within an hour. On Saturday I went in for a test drive, and they were very friendly and helped me right away. Listening to budget concerns they showed me another option that was better suited than the car that I actually test drove. However, I wasn't quite ready to make a decision that night, Since the salesman we were working with that night wasn't going to be there on Sunday, he introduced us to one that would so that we could come in and get in contact with someone who knew the situation already. He didn't pressure us to buy or seem upset that evening when we left without buying which was a nice gesture. We came in on Sunday to lease the car and the process was smooth and quick. They explained every step of the way what I was filling out and what was going on in the process (credit check etc.) They even discovered a 'perk' that I received through my workplace that I didn't know about. They were honest every step of the way about cost and laying out the T&Cs of the lease. When it came down to meeting with the finance department, this process was also smooth. They explained what all the add-on's were and didn't push me into feeling like I HAD to include any of them if I didn't want to, but they mad sure that I was well informed none the less. They were also very flexible with my ability to drive home (I live in Columbus now) with the car that day instead of having to come back during the week when I could provide my trade in. Overall this experience, as a first time buyer, was FANTASTIC with Falls. They were on top of everything, patient, friendly and not pushy. I will continue to buy from them in the future, simply because the experience was so comfortable for me. I don't know why I even looked anywhere else :) More

Kevin worked for me to get a better deal on my trade, and I was in and out with my new car in a very short amount of time. Kevin helped me get a few things set up in my car, showed me the important features and I was on my way. A very pleasant buying experience. I would certainly recommend them to anyone I know, and will return myself when the time comes. More

He was extremely knowledgeable about the 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee we just purchased. His general demeanor and approach toward "selling" a car was like nothing we've ever experienced. Not once did my wife or I feel pressured into a "Sales Pitch" mentality. It's rare that you kind find that kind of balance and he truly exemplifies the ideal sales rep. We will gladly do business with FMC again and highly recommend their services. -Mark More

I had visited a few other dealerships first, but Josh was the only one that made me feel like I wasn't getting pressured into something. When that lease expired, I was in search of a cheaper automotive option. I did not expect another Chrsyler to be an option but stopped by Falls Motor City anyway. I told them that I was looking to pay about half of my last lease cost and they actually figured out a way to make it work. I am happy to be leasing another Chrysler and it would not have been possible without Josh and Falls Motor City. If you are looking for a car I would heavily recommend them. I'll go back in 3 years and see if they can go 3 for 3. More

Just what we needed We were looking to get out of our car we were already financing. After calling and talking to Kevin on the phone about a couple of vehicles my wife an We were looking to get out of our car we were already financing. After calling and talking to Kevin on the phone about a couple of vehicles my wife and I found on their website, we drove up the next day to see them. We met Kevin and he showed us the vehicles and let us take them for a spin, explaining the different features in each one. Back at the dealership to work numbers, never once was there any pressure tactics nor holding us hostage by keeping our other car keys. We finally came to an agreement on cost relatively quickly and started signing papers. Kevin was very friendly and knowledgeable of our new car we purchased. I felt so relaxed at Falls Motor City and have already recommended the dealership and Kevin to others. Being VERY satisfied with the whole process from beginning to end, I look forward to doing business with them and Kevin when the time comes in the future. More

He stayed in contact ..even after a few weeks I came back a little unsure what I was going to do, test drove a few more and he let me make my decision on my own without any pressure!! I looked online and found Falls Motor City had just what I was looking for. When we arrived; we were greeted by Jerome Gordon. He patiently answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. My husband told him to direct his comments to me since it would be my car. Jerome did just that. I felt very comfortable in Falls Motor City. There was no pressure to purchase. I am so very happy with my new minivan and can't wait to take Benny on his first ride. Now my big dog can ride in comfort. More

Amanda spent a long time with me in the lot looking for a car that would suit my needs. I decided on a car and the sale went very smooth. They were willing to do the paperwork for me after they closed but I didn't want anyone to have to stay late so they gave me the new car to drive home and I went back the next day to finish paperwork. The finance person was very nice and efficient. I would definitely recommend this dealer. More
