Awesome deal , great experience I live 6+ hours away from the dealership and was interested in a newly traded truck but was a little apprehensive to drive that far. Andy was extremely helpful , took pictures and went over the vehicle completely so that I would be satisfied . Took the 6+ hour drive the following Saturday and the truck was perfect , as described. Got financing with no issues and was on my way back to Delaware. A long trip but well worth the deal and customer service that I received. I was treated so poorly at Fred Martin Nissan. I'm so glad I went on the internet and searched out the car I wanted and found it at Falls City. Smooth and Fast I found Falls Motor City on a google search for an inexpensive 1/2 ton truck. I found a nice Ram 1500 Tradesman and honestly couldn't believe the pri I found Falls Motor City on a google search for an inexpensive 1/2 ton truck. I found a nice Ram 1500 Tradesman and honestly couldn't believe the price. I even asked Andy Howard on the phone if it was new and not used. He appraised my trade over the phone, and made the deal real easy. Even dealing with Cole, the finance manager was cake. I would recommend them for sure. More
