After doing some research online for new vehicles I requested an online trade-in estimate. We had a little trouble getting the request to go through from my phone so my husband reached out to the dealership. We got in contact with Kevin Davis. He was SO helpful! He helped to provide me with a trade in estimate and answered questions that we had about some of their new vehicle inventory. He was so helpful over the phone that we chose to make an appointment with him to look at vehicles. I let him know what we were interested in and he had it ready before we even got there. I have never dealt with a salesman that is so helpful and informative as Kevin! This was an amazing experience! He worked hard to get us a great trade-in price and to make sure all our questions were answered. We worked through the financing paperwork with Bobby Cruse and he was great too. He was also very honest and informative about all our options. Everyone there is very personable and easy to talk to. We left feeling like we had made new friends. I even reached out to Kevin with a few more questions today (3 days after purchase) and he got me answers right away. It is amazing to know how much this dealership and the sales team cares about their customers - even after the sale is complete.
