I had no intentions of buying that day, but I told Mike to contact me if a particular Renegade became available. Within a few days I had a call from Mike letting me know that he had located my dream car and it was waiting for me to come and look at. Chris was very knowledgeable about all the features of the car and filled me in on all the great features of the car while I took a very informative test drive. Chris listened to all my requirements including trade-in expectations and interest rate. After talking with his manager, he came back with exactly where I wanted to be with car payment and had completely succeeded in giving me exactly what I wanted. This was by far my best experience in buying a car! After finishing up initial paperwork, Chris introduced me to Travis Hudson to handle the financial part of the deal. Travis was equally competent and friendly to work with. Explained warranty information very well and made suggestions without being pushy! The car drives well, and Lou was very helpful in getting my paperwork underway as quickly as possible so I could be out with the car the same day. Travis handled my financing and was very polite, friendly, and helped me to understand the process overall. I did forget to check the levels on fluids before driving off, and Lou told me they normally change/fill them but I guess there was a mix up because I checked the levels on a whim the next day and both my oil and coolant were pretty low. However, all it took was a call to Lou letting him know the issue. I brought it back in today and they changed my oil and topped off my coolant, all for free. I know they could have easily told me I was on my own, so I appreciate that this dealer took the time to help me out. I will definitely recommend them to any of my friends and family who would be looking for a car. Thank you Lou and Travis, and thank you Falls Motor City for helping me get my very first car! More

He guided me to a place to test the AWD and encouraged me to drive it like I already owned it. He was very personable to me and my friend and paid attention to every detail we discussed. He has followed up with me on my satisfaction and offered any help he could provide, which included clarification on warranty terms and my request to remove the FMC logo. I can't say a bad thing about Kevin, you can tell he is passionate and motivated in his job -- not just to sell cars, but to sell the RIGHT car for YOUR NEEDS. Great Price, Honesty and 1st Class Service are a rare find I first spotted my vehicle during an online search from my home in Georgia. I called the number listed after office hours to leave a message and And I first spotted my vehicle during an online search from my home in Georgia. I called the number listed after office hours to leave a message and Andy promptly returned my call. The price, photos and description were almost too good for me to believe. I asked Andy to go out and take a few additional photos with a cell phone and send them to me and he quickly did. I immediately got on an airplane and flew one way from Atlanta to Akron Ohio. Andy arranged a courtesy ride for me to the dealership from the airport. The vehicle was exactly as the photos and description. After a quick test drive, I was in and out of the office and driving back to Georgia in 1 hour. Thanks for taking the worry and hassle out of purchasing a vehicle.
